that's the new casino in anne arundel county and that planned casino up in bat baltimore. there's been a lot of -- up in bat more. there's been a lot of concern that a new casino here would take too much business away from the other casinos in the state. legislators are trying to offset the impact this future casino could potentially have. in the end the committee voted to approve the tax breaks which sent the bill to the full house this afternoon. so here is what's on slate for later today. the house is expected to convene at 2:00. if approved the senate still has to pass it and it then has to be signed by governor martin o'malley and then it still has to be approved by voters in november. we're still quite a ways away, several months away from finding out whether we'll be getting a casino at national hash oo. hopefully we should know what way maryland's legislature is going to want to go. are they going to vote to approve this or are we going to have to wait and hold off this decision till another legislative session. back to you. >> kristin fisher live at national harbo
